Red Pesto | Collab W. Simplyindigoo

Today's post is very exciting not only because it's an amazing recipe but also because it is a collab with the amazing Mich from On her blog and youtube you will find the most amazing recipes which are all super easy to do so make sure you check her out. Her recipe HERE.
We have both made a pesto recipe which can be used with pasta or in sandwiches (or however you want it). This red pesto is super creamy, oil free (only if you don't add oil, obvi) and su su super easy to make so let's get into it:

For the red pesto you will need: 
1 cup cashews
2 garlic gloves
4 sundried tomatoes (soaked in water for 10 min)
1/4-1/2 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
optional: 1 tbsp olive oil
optional: 5 fresh basil leaves
optional: nutritional yeast

And here is what you will do:
Blend the ingredients together and add water to get the wanted consistency. I like my pesto to be quite thin so I added ½ cup of water. Spread onto bread or mix with pasta. So easy right??
