Recipe: Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Smoothies are just the best on a hot summer day where you need something cooling. Even if it is not that warm outside, smoothies are pretty bomb - an energy bomb, haha. This is my favorite. I absolutely love the combination of the banana, strawberry and orange flavor, it is so fresh and sweet. If you want to, you can also add in a couple of dates if you would like it to be sweeter. 
But as you can probably tell this is my 'three' smoothie. It is so easy to remember because every ingredient has something to do with 3 and there are 3 ingredients (unless you add dates). This makes a big portion for one or a smaller portion for two.

Here is what you need: 
300g // 1 ½ cup frozen strawberries 
3 ripe bananas 
3 oranges 

Here is what you do: 
Peel the banans and place them in the blender followed by the strawberries. Press the oranges with a citrus squeezer and pour the juice into the blender and blend until smooth.
