Spicing up my water is without a doubt the the number one thing that makes me drink more water. There are so many ways to spice it up to make it more hydrating. Remember to only put organic fruits and veggies in your water!

Grapes: I absolutely love grapes. They are so refreshing and filled with vitamin A, vitamin K and iron. For the best result, cut the grapes in half, put them in your glass and pour in some water. Grapes are also super great to put in a mix of berries making it the perfect combination of sweet and savory. 

Lime: along with lemon is such a classic when it comes to putting it in the water we drink and I must say it is one of my favorites. Lime may be a citrus fruit but it is way less sour than a lemon. Limes are filled with vitamin A, vitamin C and calcium so it will definitely not hurt to cut a few slices and put them in your water. For more flavor press half a lime into your water. 

Frozen mango: what you put into your water does not have to be fresh. Frozen fruit or berries are just as good as fresh if not even better when we talk flavor. Mangos are filled with vitamin A, vitamin C and magnesium and adds a sweet flavor to the water. I love the combination of frozen mango and cucumber slices. So fresh!

Apples: I love apples during the fall and winter so they are definitely in my water giving a hint of apple to it. Apples are such a super food filled with vitamin C, vitamin E and magnesium. They do not add that much flavor so definitely feel free to add some other fruit or berries like frozen strawberries or frozen mangos. 

Frozen raspberries: something that gives a lot of flavor to the water is frozen raspberries and combines with cucumber you definitely have a great mix. Raspberries are filled with vitamin A, vitamin K and calcium and are such a great flavor.
