Orange & Blackcurrant Smoothie


During the past few weeks I, along with my mother, have been working on a couple new eBooks that we will publish very soon. During these weeks I have also made the decision to post way more recipes on here because I absolutely love creating magic in the kitchen - and sharing it with others. I am so excited to share all the amazingly indulgent recipes coming! Today is a recipe on this incredibly easy yet flavorful smoothie with orange and blackcurrant. If you want the smoothie to be more filling add a banana or two to the recipe. 

This smoothie makes 750 ml.

Ingredients:
1 orange, peeled
3 Medjool dates, pitted
1 banana, peeled 
125 g // 1 cup black currants
1 - 2 dl // ½ to 1 cup water

Method:
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
