Vegan Red Berry Smoothie // Recipe Week

Last day of Recipe Week. It has been so much fun sharing all these fantastic recipes with you and I would love to do another round in the future that's for sure! We are finishing off with one of my favorite recipes from one of my newest eBooks 'Simple Smoothies' (Danish eBook here) which is this red berry bomb. It is so delicious, sweet yet has a sour touch at the same time + it, like every other smoothie ever, it is so easy to make which makes it the perfect quick meal!

This smoothie makes 750 ml // 3 cups.

250 g // 2 cups strawberries
120 g // 1 cup raspberries
120 g // 1 cup red currants
1 banana
3 Medjool dates
1 - 2 dl // ½ - 1 cup water

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

The toppings I enjoy are a pear, cut into cubes, fresh raspberries and lime zest.
